Preparations for the East Campus roller coaster continued through Monday evening.




Tuesday afternoon, Building 6 was evacuated due to an ammonia leak on the fourth floor. Both MIT and Cambridge officials responded.




A memorial appeared in Building 3 on Monday morning following the death of Kelsey Brigance ’12, who was a Course 2A graduate and a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. A note at the memorial read in part: “Last night, Kelsey was killed in a sailing accident. She was known as [a] fearless engineer, a brilliant technician, [and] an amazing friend. She was forever exploring her passions: Course 16, then Course 2, rowing, theater, the outdoors, [and] sorority life. Today, let’s remember Kelsey, and to honor her memory, lets be fearless. Let’s be brilliant. Let’s never stop exploring.”




Walk the Moon played to a devoted fanbase on Saturday afternoon.




Mandy Lee, the lead singer of MisterWives, delivered an enthusiastic set at Boston Calling.




Chvrches led out strong and gave an amazing show on Saturday evening.




Fans of Walk the Moon emulate their trademark facepaint and enjoy the show after waiting hours and working their way to the front of the crowd.




Alabama Shakes closed out the festival on a high note with their set coinciding with the super moon eclipse.




Hozier played a late slot on Sunday consisting of many of his hits and a few notable covers.




Daughter held an early slot but performed strongly early on Saturday at Boston Calling.
