Kenneth K. Rosche ’08 jumps high to slam the ball during the Engineer’s game versus Lasell College on Thursday, Jan. 31. MIT won 3-0.



Maria (Rachel Nagin), a gentlewomen in Countess Olivia’s household, berates Malvolio (Sabrina M. Neuman ’09), Olivia’s head servant who is secretly in love with Olivia, for acting crazy in the presence of Olivia. Nevertheless the reason for his madness lies in the hands of Maria and a few other characters that wrote a love note addressed to him supposedly from Olivia.



Sir Toby Belch (Christopher Stephenson ­’09), Olivia’s deranged uncle, holds down Sebastian (Sara E. Ferry ’11) believing that he is his original aggressor Cesario, Sebastian’s twin sister Viola in disguise.



The captain (Heather McDonald ’11) helps Viola (Nori Pritchard ’06) catch her breath in the beginning of the play after being shipwrecked on the shores of Illyria.



Countess Olivia (Hanna S. Kuznetsov ’09) declares her undying love for Viola (Nori Pritchard ’06) who is disguised as the young servant of Duke Orsino, Cesario.



Nathaniel R. Twarog G (Feste) plays the mandolin during a short intermission. Feste is a jester often referred to as Fool who moves between Olivia’s and Orsino’s households singing and making jokes.



Sir Toby Belch (Christopher Stephenson ­’09) and Feste (Nathaniel R. Twarog G) have a drunken conversation as Sir Andrew Aguecheeke (Olivia Leitermann G) dances in the background.



David S. Baumgartner ’08 removes blocks as Professor Herbert H. Einstein looks on after the bridge designed by his team failed to support the 2000 lbs it was intended to hold. The event took place outside of student center on May 7 as part of Senior Civil and Environmental Engineering Design (1.013).



Spaniards celebrate the win of the European Cup in Puerta Jerez in Seville, Spain on June 29.
