McCue ’11 led a comeback that pulled the Engineers within four with under two minutes to go, but fell just short of breaking the team’s three-game losing streak.



Sophia L. Harrison ’08 maneuvers between the uneven bars at the women’s gymnastics meet on Feb. 16. Harrison finished first in the uneven bars with a score of 9.450 on her way to winning the all-around competition (36.725), followed by fellow senior Sarah N. Trowbridge ’08 who placed second (35.950). The team finished first in the tri-meet against Rhode Island College and Boston University in what was Harrison and Trowbridge’s final home match of their collegiate careers.



Timothy R. Jenks ’13 shoots prone in the 3 position smallbore rifle match against John Jay College of Criminal Justice. The Engineers defeated the Bloodhounds 4453 to 4199.



Stephen C. Toth ’09 gets a hit during the third inning of the MIT baseball game against Fitchburg State College. The Engineers ran away with a 16-2 win over the Falcons to finish out the season with an 18-16 record.
