Fred Pelka, a member of Men to End Sexual Assault, claims that "women have to be concerned about all men since all men could be potential rapists" ["AWS sponsors awareness week," Nov. 13].

Why is Pelka authorized to dictate what women have to be concerned about? Who elected him feminist pope?
