Kang trial delayed

Kang trial delayed

The trial of Thomas S. Kang '92 in Roxbury District Court was delayed yesterday until Oct. 22.

Kang is facing charges

of assault with intent to commit murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery. The charges resulted from an attack on a Lesley College woman at a Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji) fraternity party on July 15.
