Members of the MIT community assemble in the shape of <350 to signal their support for achieving 350ppm or less of CO2 in the atmosphere, a number commonly cited as a “safe” level by scientists and politicians. The event was sponsored by Sustainability@MIT and took place on the same day as President Obama’s campus visit to speak about energy.
