Isidro Garcia ’05 squints into his wallet, looking for cash to pay for his meal at Anna’s Taqueria. Anna’s lost lighting for about half an hour around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17. Anna’s continued to serve customers for the entire half hour by the light flooding from the tortilla chip heat lamp, the drink cooler, and lights outside of the restaurant.
