Parthiv N. Shah G and Zachary J. Bailey ’08 attach their rocket engine to a stand in the building 37 test chamber on Monday night. The copper engine, which burns a mixture of kerosene and liquid oxygen, was designed and built as part of the MIT Rocket Team’s IAP design competition.
