Above: Christopher D. Vu ’04, recently returned from second-round American Idol auditions in Hollywood, croons at the Logs concert held in Kresge Auditorium on Dec. 13. Students packed Kresge to attend the two-hour concert, complete with skits, songs, and two guest a capella groups from Dartmouth College and Boston University.

Below: Jonathan S. Varsanik ’04 leads an energetic rendition of the Foo Fighters’ “Learn to Fly.” The Logs sang both old and new arrangements, including Blessid Union of Soul’s “Light in Your Eyes” and “Don’t You Forget About Me” by Simple Minds. To the delight of the crowd, the Logs also included a somewhat raunchy version of their trademark song, “Superlogs.”
