Joseph C. Stark ’03 and Philip J. Butler ’04 begin construction on a catapult in the East Campus courtyard Tuesday. The catapult -- a trebuchet -- will use a 350lb counterweight and 5 meter arm to launch projectiles up to 50 meters, according to their calculations.
