Susan M. Mosher ’99 and Rene A. Ruiz ’99 appeared briefly in Cambridge District Court Friday to request a further delay of a pre-trial hearing until December 16. The People v. Mosher and Ruiz, was brought in response to the death of Richard A. Guy ’99 of nitrous oxide poisoning earlier this term.
