Weather: By Greg Lawson
Staff Meteorologist --Temperatures will be returning to near normal levels today after a quick cold snap. A large high pressure system that is dominating the eastern two-thirds of the country will move offshore, bringing warmer southwesterly winds to New England. Today highs will reach close to 60°F (15°C), and tomorrow they could approach 70°F (21°C). A small low associated with the warm front will bring increasing clouds, but not much precipitation during tonight and the day on Wednesday. A cold front will move through on Wednesday night, bringing a greater chance for showers, before clearing and cooler weather for Thursday.
So it looks like the Veteran’s Day holiday will be a pleasant, but brisk day, with cool temperatures near 50°F (10°C), gusty northwest winds, and sunny skies.
Today: Partial sunshine, milder. High 59°F (15°C).
Tonight: Mostly cloudy skies. Low 52°F (11°C).

Wednesday Night: Chance of showers, becoming cooler. Low 46°F
(8°C).
