Romanian President Emil Constantinescu spoke before members of the Harvard and MIT Romanian student groups Friday about the importance of studying abroad and the importance of student participation in government. President Constantinescu gave his talk at the Harvard Faculty Club before heading to a NATO conference in Washington D.C.
