The story "MIT to Subsidize all MBTA Passes" in the Wednesday, July 24 issue issue of The Tech mistakenly reported that the only MIT students who would be eligible for the discount program were student employees - research and teaching assistants. In fact, all off-campus, non-parking permit students are eligible.
The article also did not specify that a T pass program set up by the Graduate Student Council a few years ago was available to students only.
