Effective Sunday, Feb. 17, domestic and international postal rates will increase. Postage for First Class letters (up to 1 ounce) will increase to 22|c, postcards will be 14|c, and Express Mail (up to 2 pounds) will be $10.75. International air mail letters will now cost 44|c for the first half-ounce, post cards 33|c, and aerogrammes 36|c.

Also, non-denominated "D" stamps should be used for domestic mail only.
